A grand and glorious Sunday!

Last Sunday was a magnificently full and blessed day for the faithful in attendance at Saint Luke's

Not only did we celebrate Shirley DuBois' 99th Birthday, but the Madonna and Child Shrine was dedicated, Arabella DuBois-Cotter  baptized, and Kay Lynn Carrizoza received the manifold gifts of grace via the liturgy and prayers of  Holy Confirmation, and the Mary Shrine - the dream of artist Robert Lobdell - was erected by Eagle Scouts Kevin and Adam de Szendeffy, who are both members of the parish. Newly-baptized Arabella is Shirley DuBois' great grandchild (& David DuBois' grandchild) and Kay Lynn is the great grandchild of Junior Warden Mary Schwartz.  If you were not in attendance, here are some pictures  that portray a bit of the day's joyous events for you.

(NOTE: Although we've not yet posted photos of Arabella's baptism, we will no doubt do that during the week - and check out the Church Bulletin Board for more pics, also!)
